Grain Bill:
7 lbs Pilsener
1 lb. Munich
1 lb. Carapils
2 lb. Crystal 60L
Hops:
1 oz. Pearle (60 mins.)
.5 oz. Saaz (30 mins.)
.5 oz. Saaz (5 mins.)
Wyeast American Ale 2
Will this yeast ferment those grains (particularly the Pilsener) since it is an Ale yeast at 67 degree mark. Will it taste ok?
