So I did my second brew session today with my new system and one again I was nailed with major overshoot on my step mashing (13f to be exact). I am using the default values of 3, 4, 2 (I think). What could I change to help with my very large overshoot??
Specs are:
Brewtroller
HEX in HLT about 8-10 gallons of water in
11k watts in the HLT
Using Smart
Doing averaging between MTin and MTout.

Thanks
Bryan
