This beer was brewed using hops grown out front of our local microbrew, Picaroon's. They weren't entirely sure what variety they were, but the general consensus was likely cascade. Being homegrown, I have no idead what the AA's are, so I used the preset 5.5% on beertools. The post-boil hydrometer sample was pretty bitter, so I may have hit the predicted 78 IBU's.
