Hey everyone,

I recently bought a hurrican burner and the NG valve with correct orofice.
I hooked it up and it burns clean unlike my 23 tip wok burner.

Was wondering if someone with this set up could post a pic of their burner wide open.
How tall should the flames be? They seem small to me.

I still need to do a test run with water to see how long it takes to bring it to Sparge temp and then boil.

I think you will be OK. I do 10 gallon batches, and I can get 8 gallons sparge water up to 180 DG +/- 30 Minutes. If you live in a windy area though, you will need a wind screen. Under normal conditions, I have to turn mine down when it gets to full boil, as it can really get going.
