Just made this jig to hold the bottles while they are draining after being washed or sanitized. We have a double sink with each side about 15" x 18". This jig is cut 12" x 12" and fits in one side of our sink nicely.

Made it from a white poly something cutting board and two packages of cheap pens from Walmart. Works great. Total cost was $14 ($12 for cutting board and $1 ea for pens) Pen refill and caps come out easily. I bought the pens where the brand name is not etched it. Did not want recesses where microbes could hide. Painted on brand name came off easily.

Cutting board holds 25 bottles, holes drilled 2.25" on center from center of the board. Best to use a drill press or some other way to insure the drilled holes are straight. Glued pen bodies in place with Gorilla glue.

TIP: Put glue on Q-Tip and feed into hole from the back side. That way you avoid having a pile of glue sitting around the base of the pen body, if it matters to you.
