ph meter ATC question

Hey everyone, just wondering about the Old milwuakee 102 PH meter. It says it has ATC for up to 120F. So can i get accurate readings as long as i chill my mash below 120? or should i still chill to room temp to take my reading?

Its best to get the temp down to close to room temperature to extend the life of the probe.
