Trying a tweaked recipe, was looking for any potential concerns if anyone has a sec.

Grain Build
American Pilsner 2 row 9.5 lbs
Crystal 40l 1 lb
Crystal 60l 11 oz
Crystal 90l 5.5 oz

Hop Schedule
Mt Hood 1/3 oz 60
Czech Saaz 1/3 oz 15


Supplemental Ingredients
Irish Moss 1 tsp 15

Yeast
German Ale/Kolsch WLP029


Notes
Mash 1 hour, at 152 degrees
Sparge at 165 degrees
60 Min Boil of 6.5 gals
Primary Fermentation Ten days at 68 degrees
Secondary Fermentation Fifteen days at 40 degrees
