I realize that the 575 is a creamer faucet, allowing more air to flow into the pour, increasing beer head. Is it possible to pour a beer on the 575 without activating the "creamer air flow" feature? Thanks.
 
Yes. you push the level back to activate the creamer function, pulling it forward it functions just like a 525.
 
Awesome, thanks! Thought so but just wanted to make sure before buying a few.
