I wouldn't add any to the bottles. It's too impresice to measure the amount and that would lead possible to uneven carbonation and/or bottle bottle bombs.

It's really best to bulk prime by boiling your priming sugar (usually 4.5-5 ounces of corn sugar) in 2 cups of water, and add that to a bottling bucket to which you transfer (rack) your beer to. The bottling bucket has a spigot, and you usually have a hose with a bottling wand attached, or have the bottling wand directly attached to the spigot like in my thread here.
