Just started brewing beer again and am really happy with the first one (American Porter). Can't wait until I start another one but want to wait out the 105 degree temps so I can use the propane burner in the garage instead of the gas stove inside. It was just too slow to get that water boiling. Stopped brewing years ago because I hated the bottling, now have a couple of five gallon kegs.
