Azacca 4.5oz 0 min
Simcoe 3.5oz 0 min
Simcoe 3.5oz dry hop first 3 days
Amarillo 3.5oz dry hop 2nd 3 days
Citra 3.5oz dry hop 3rd 3 days
Azacca 3.5oz dry hop 4th 3 days

Thanks for any input

Just got some info from brewery. So I'm changing the ingredients a little
12 gallon batch
20lbs organic 2 row pale ale
2lbs organic carapils
and just to dry it out a little and boost the abv without adding anymore color
1lb and a smidge organic cane sugar

Hop schedule the same
