I found an old carboy in my dads garage that was there when he moved in ten years or so ago and looks very old.

I rinsed it real good with hot water, let a heavy solution of PBW sit in it for half hour, brushed the crap out of it, rinsed it vigorously again with really hot water then starsan-ed it.

Think that was a good enough clean job for a carboy I have no idea what was in it?

I racked a Pineapple Kolsch into it last night and have been worried all day of contamination. I know all I can do now is wait but just thought I'd get some input on how well PBW actually works.

Well, you already put wort into it but I would not worry. It sounds like you cleaned it very well. PBW works amazing. I never brush my PET carboys. I let them soak overnight in PBW. I sanitize when I use them again. I'm still okay, knock on MDF.
