Technically, sort of.

Oasis is a multinational enterprise with brewing facilities in the Russian Federation, Ukraine, Belarus, and Kazakhstan, and offices in Cyprus. Oasis is partnering with a U.S.-based company, TSG Consumer Partners, to acquire the brand. TSG will have a minority stake in the Pabst division (whose HQ will remain in Los Angeles). Eugene Kashper, a U.S. citizen, is the Chairman of the Board of Oasis.
