Party Star...Need Help

I bought the party stay Keg system today and my local brew store said they had never used them before and didn't know anything about them. So I turned here... I need to know how to carbonate with them...Thinking of doing it naturally in a 5 gallon bottling bucket (3/4 cup sugar and water) then rack to the party start kegs. But if i do wouldn't the C02 cause to much pressure and carbonation?

Don't know more than that. Normal priming sugar amount from AHS is 4.5 ounces for 5 gallons.
