Hey all. I just bought the I brewmaster app for my phone. I am going to make the America pale ale recipe but it is my first recipe that is not completely prepackaged. With step by step directions. My main question is that this recipe doesn't show the order or times of what I should add when. It does show the boiling times. But I assume you don't just combine all the malt at the same time?? Could someone chime in as to when i should add each ingredient? Sorry this is a newb question. I just want to be sure I get this right.
Thanks!
Evan

most of those recipes in iBrewmaster are just the recipes for Northern Brewers kits. just like with a kit, add the extract to the beginning of the boil (or half at the beginning, half at flameout). add hops according to times listed. after the boil, chill wort to pitching temps and pitch yeast.
