Honestly, I think you'll like it.
My buddy and I love Pacifico. When I told him that my latest attempt was ready, he bought a 6'er and came over. We compared tastes side by side.
It's close guys....REALLY CLOSE. My buddy said if I slid him a glass of my home brew "saying" it was Pacifico, he wouldn't have known the difference.

The yeast strain might be a little hard to find, I heard Wyeast is discontinuing the strain. WLP800 might be a good sub if you can't find it.
 
it will be November before I will try to make this as southern cal summer is too warm for me to hold 55 degree fermentation. :mug:
