Actually pabst is quite crappy and never won anything. All the beersnob remarks are undeserved for someone who was trying to introduce somebody to something better.

I do most of the cooking in my house, cause I like good food, with, like a SAUCE and stuff ( :) ) it doesnt mean i dont eat at mcdonalds once in a while.

ok. all ranting aside, tell him that beer has a short shelf life, so RECENT medals mean more to you. and based on his response, you may get to drink in peace and quiet.

In 1893, there was no World Series. The modern World Series began in 1903.
The 1893 NL Pennant winner was the Boston Beaneaters aka the Milwaukee/Atlanta Braves. Congratulations on your buddies new favorite team.

What? Am I missing something?

A lot of the microbrewers in Eugene, OR drink PBR when they want to make a day of it. I do the same. That's why Ninkasi brews its own version of PBR... "Schwag"

I'm from Richmond, VA where the PBR flows like flannel shirts and fixed gear bikes.

Great beer to drink on a hot muggy summer day lounging at the river - stay hydrated - but i wish you hipsters would back the **** off so the demand was lower and 12 packs went back to 6 bucks.

Well. drinking a P B R is better than a punch in the dick, assuming you have to choose one or the other!

on :drunk: nights i work like this:
Drink 3-4 good Homebrews and i cut my self off homebrews because personally i dont dont really get to enjoy the taste of a good homebrew past a certain point so i drink Mostly PBR cause its on the cheap but i love my mickey grenades

PBR ROCKS! :rockin:

So I was giving a buddy of mine a hard time for stocking up on PBR for his 30th birthday party. He responded by saying something about "I don't see any of your favorite microbrews with a blue ribbons from the worlds fair". What do I say to that?

What frightens me about PBR and beer like it is its uncanny resemblance to piss.
