Tasting Notes
Slight Roast notes, Floral and citrusy hops, Dry and easy drinking
Overall, I was pleased with this beer; easily drinkable and hoppy with bit of roasted malt . It verges into BIPA territory but it's still not exactly a BIPA. It's lower in alcohol and fairly dry, so drinking a few in a session is feasible. The wheat and dry hopping contributes to a creamy head. Switch the hops up as much as you like (I realise EKG's in this style is a bit weird but I just happened to have them sitting around.) If anyone tries adding some Simcoe or Citra, let me know. I'll be repeating it again as it's one of my preferred home brew recipes. Guaranteed good drinking!
