Oxygenation

Question for everybody ... Are the threads on co2 bottles the same as oxygen bottles
I have a remote line for a paintball gun and was going to use it for oxygenation if it would fit the bottle here is a link showing the remote line

Oxygen bottles are left handed threads. (Righty loosy instead of righty tighty!)
