Oxygen System

I was thinking about this today and decided to post to see if anyone else has thought of trying this. First, does anyone know if a standard propane torch head will fit an oxygen tank? If so, I was thinking of just getting some tubing to fit over the torch head and putting an aeration stone on the end of it. This would be a lot cheaper than buying an aeration kit as all I would need is the stone and a couple feet of tubing? Any input would be greatly appreciated.
