Oxyclean discontinued ????

Was just at the supermarket (PriceChopper-upstate NY) and noticed that they were redoing the shelves where the Oxy products are displayed.

No GreenWorks plain OXY in the new display????

They told me it was being discontinued (not sure if it was a munufacturer's or the supermarket's decision). Got the last 3.5 pound tub for $2.75.

i've never heard (or obviously used) their "GreenWorks" product. it's not listed on their website as a product (http://www.oxiclean.com/products.aspx) so it might well have been discontinued.

too bad, i generally try picking a greener option if there is one and i didn't know that Oxyclean had one. luckily i don't use the stuff for anything other than label removal, so i don't need much. my container of regular oxyclean will last me for years.

what were you using it for?

that isn't an OxyClean product, no wonder it's not listed on their website
looks like it's still available, so you're probably dealing with the store's decision to no longer carry it.

I just use the dollar store "totally awesome oxy" for my bottles... Works like a charm..
