I woke up this morning and my airlock was full of krausen, so I took it and the rubber stopper off. I dont have any tubing for a blowoff, can I leave it like this until it settles down enough to put the airlock back on? Will my beer still be delicious and wonderful?! (it's a Russian imperial stout btw. Not pertinent info but fun)

I'm not thrilled by leaving the neck open. If you're going to be brewing big beers like this, you really need to get some blowoff tubing or some Fermcap-S. As for this round, I'd cover with some sanitized aluminum foil and check in often to make sure it hasn't gotten pushed off.
