I've got a Tripel in a 5 gallon bucket Fermentor that is overflowing. Krausen has gone into the bubbler and is spilling onto the lid. Any reasons and/or suggestions? This is my fourth home brew, first Tripel and I've not seen this.

Put a blowoff tube on there stat and maybe add some Fermcap, if you've got it.

Very common. Use a blow off as mentioned above. Another solution for your next batch is to build a small Burton union, see this article: Burton Union, it can easily be adpated to bucket fermentors by putting a second hole in your lid which can be bunged when not needed.

Thank you all for the feedback. I've been out at a conference so I'll apply some measures tomorrow
