Should I just keep boiling or what?

I am doing an AHS Bell's Two Heart IPA Clone and down to the last 15 minutes.

Thanks for the help in advance!

It is about .5 gal over right now. No way to take a reading without letting the wort cool.

If you do this again, you can boil harder with a fan over the top of the BK, and buy a refractometer.

Just did the math using brew toad and 10 minutes gives me 3 more IBU's.

^^^^^^^^^^^^
This for sure on the refractometer.... That thing is my best friend on brewday, well next to my dog :mug:

But you may not want to boil longer if you've added flavor hops already. Boiling them longer means more IBUs, but less flavor and aroma.

If you haven't added your flavor hops yet, then you can boil a bit longer with no worries.

Update - I added ten minutes to the boil, was only off of my OG by .004.
