Although I didn't vote for the guy I thought his staff made a beer that sounded good to me so I bought the kit and used TEXAS honey! No hiccups in the brewing let it sit in primary for 2 weeks then secondary for 2 weeks then kegged it. Now here is where I need some help or guidance. I haven't been kegging for very long and read on this forum many different ways of doing it but here's what I did, 3 days at 30psi, 3 days at 20psi then a couple at 10psi. Now I tried some last night and man o man was there tons of head! I got about 1/3 beer and 2/3s foam. I dispensed it at 6psi. After about 10-15 min the head went down and there were very small carbonation bubbles but the beer still has a flat beer taste. Any help is appreciated, Cheers!

I would remove a beer or two out of the keg, to create more headspace, disconnect the gas and vent a couple times a day till its where you want it
