Just brewed a Pliny clone and I have a question regarding the starting gravity. There are over 7 oz. of hops in this sucker and the wort was so thick with hop goobers how in the heck are you supposed to take this reading? It just seems like it will be screwed by all the hop crud floating around. Thoughts?
