Hello everyone. I am new to the forum and found you on the Net while looking for an answer to a question I've long forgotten.
I am also new to brewing but have made a number of different sodas. Once I started making the ginger ale it opened a trunk full of ideas. One of my favorites is Snakewood soda using a Mauby recipe I carbonated. It is my favorite.
I try to use organic ingredients when I brew and the same with wine.
These sodas practically blow the bale off the top when they are opened.
I am looking forward to exploring your recipes.
