Order delays with stainlessbrewing.com?

Anyone else experienced recent order delays with stainlessbrewing.com?

I placed an order on Feb. 2 and received a "Your Order is Processing" email on Feb. 5.

After not hearing any more since Feb. 5 I left a voicemail and sent an email the morning of Feb. 15 and have yet to get a reply.

They are a small shop and they make most of the stuff from scratch. They took a few weeks to get my coil out the door and shipped.

It’s not out of the norm. The quality is good once you get it!

Thanks for the reassurance, Dcpcooks. I kind of figured that might be the case but just thought I'd check.

I am a repeat customer with them and agree that the quality is very good. I was fortunate in my first order with them being filled in a couple of days so I didn't know what the norm might be.
