Anyone point me in the right direction on a Rochester mills Orange Whip clone recipe?

No but since the primary flavor of that beer is from orange zest and vanilla I would think it will be relatively easy to clone. Just pick your favor NEIPA recipe and add 7-10% lactose and citrus forward hops. Then make a tincture with 2 vanilla beans and the zest of 2 medium oranges

I'll give it a run!
