So I made a trappist IPA for a Christmas present for a friend. It's in secondary now and I'm planning to bottle mid December. I think by Christmas it will be 2 months since brewing so should be on the early side of ready to drink. I keg all my beer, so if I keg this batch, force carb it, and then fill a case of bottles; will it still condition in the bottle as well as if I skipped the kegging and bottled with priming sugar? I'd like to cut down on the yeast settling in each bottle so I'm leaning towards the kegging first approach. However, if it's not going to bottle condition as well, I could be convinced to skip the kegging and bottle with priming sugar the standard way. Thanks for any input.
