It's actually even worse!

$1400 for two 375ml bottles, makes his other one seem like a $900 bargain by comparison.

What's weird is some of his other listings are not all that unreasonable:

$436 shipped from Europe for 5 bottles of 2010 Stille Nacht Reserva is almost tempting.

The description for the 375s says 139.90 for the two bottles. Probably not the worst deal ever anymore

You are purchasing complete correctly cellared bourbon county lineup from 2003 through what I am allowed to sell per terms on this site including all variants. Price is for one bottle of each including one 12 and 22 for 2009. For an additional fee I can include every bottling date through 2012, including 2 2005s and whatever additional dates I have on 13 and 14. I would prefer this sale to be in person to protect both buyer and seller and make sure everyone is happy with the transaction. These have been saved for many years and was supposed to do a vertical but needed cash for the family. I will not split the vertical although I do have several bottles of certain items. Several bottles are very hard to get and make this a very very RARE sale. If you try to peice this together you will pay somewhere in 5k dollar range.

So he's admitting the beers are "worth" about $5000, but he's generously offering them to you all at once for $7500. Surely the inconvenience of having to track them down individually is worth a cool 25 hundred large.

I especially like that there's no picture.

That could be the shipping added in since it's "Free"

Canadians must mean something else by "large".

Should have said it was selling for 2.2 Bitcoins... Sounds like a great deal if you don't know what you're doing.
"Much prefer an in person meeting..."

If I was trying to sell a bottle of beer for 1500 I would be avoiding in person meetings at all costs. Someone is gonna get robbed at gun point and get laughed at when they go to the cops and explain the situation...

Yeah that's a tough one too because I wouldn't want to sell a beer for $1500 and take the risk of it breaking, getting lost or someone who buys it and claims it broke when it really didn't

But getting robbed at gunpoint would suck

Lol like these guys would take responsibility if it broke. There's a reason they request friends and family via Paypal. No recourse for buyer once payment is made.

Empty bottle. 2015 version of Chocolate Rain. Cellared since purchase. Sealed bottle. I couldn't get my photo to the correct size so this is a stock photo.

wow. That's really passive aggressive ****. Empty bottle, properly sealed and cellared since purchase. I'm selling the bottle. Also, only for display, not for sale.

Edit: it's a plague...

"This bottle is extremely limited and rare. Only 165 were produced in the world. This might be one of the last dozen bottles left in existence."

can people just say whatever they want on there? "this bottle might cure your bald spot and fix your relationship with the in-laws"

too bad you can't submit suggestions for edits like on wikipedia

I should reach out and let this guy know he forgot to list the other bottle's number.

I mean surely this is for two bottles (don't call me Shirley).

But really, I'd hope the Rare is also stored in his parent's basement as is the Fram. Because really, would anyone pay $650 for the Rare otherwise ?
