Empty bottle. For sale is a properly cellared 2011 Framboos from Drie Fonteinen. Bottle is unopened and ready for consumption.

So is it empty or ready for consumption? How can it be unopened and empty? Why would you properly cellar an empty bottle? This is the most confusing thing I've ever read on MBC.

On 2nd thought, I noticed it's a 2013 vintage. He marked it as an empty bottle in an attempt to subvert the MBC rule that all bottles must be at least 1 year old. Someone flagged it and the admin deleted it.

I think this is one of those 'sealed but listed as empty' bottles to get around the minimum 1yr age requirement.
