If you were going to actually buy something from mybeercellar, what would you pick? Loons? 3F fruited sours like Malvassia Rosso or Framboos?

This must be a 1 off. Bourbon county brandy stout
I actually had a teacher in middle school who always said "brandy" instead of "brand". He was otherwise a pretty smart and respectable guy, but it was just ridiculous whenever he said "these instruments are brandy new, so be careful!"

It is? Even with the brewery's cap? What about caged and corked bottles?

you can get the cap off with no damage by simply putting a quarter on top of the cap while opening the bottle. Then all you need to do is have a bottle capper ($10 bucks from a homebrew shop), and no one would be the wiser... until they are drinking Red Barn instead of Yellow Bus (though that was cork and caged, but again, easy to get that stuff from homebrew shops)

well, if we make people aware how easy it is to fake the beer, hopefully less people will be buying and that will help damage that side of the "market". Seriously though, if you buy anything that is "rare" or "tradeable", (such as autographed items) from an unknown source, expect it to be faked. When I was into collecting vintage GB Packers items I did a lot of looking into this. I would buy old programs on e-bay. If I wanted autographed items I would go to an actual reputable brick and mortar store.

"A two-time Gold Medal Winner in the World Beer Championships."

I love when people put stuff like that in the description while trying to hawk their beers. I mean, who the **** cares? There are so many ****** beers out there that are medal winners from this or that as to render the designation practically meaningless.

Didn't Natty Ice win a gold medal this year at GABF?

I've bought lambic before but only when they are priced at the equivalent of what it would cost me to order the same thing from a Belgian retailer. And only that has been a couple Lou Pepes and OGV that was pretty much a steal.
