I'm seeing more and more of this and... **** that noise.

I personally have no fundamental problem with people selling on the secondary market but, you sell a product, you take responsibility that it actually gets to the buyer intact.

but bro, transfer as friends and family and outside of mbc so that i can save that few bucks and you have zero recourse or dispute if they do break

Like your credit card company would give a **** when you charge back the transaction if you received a broken bottle.
