You tell him exactly what it closed for, then you offer him the reverse deal but ask him to add 2 - 3 more bottles on his end since your deal closed so quickly, it was obviously undervalued.

For example, if your gave up a Flora b7 and a BA Dorothy for a BVDL 2017, tell him you'll gladly trade him the BVDL for Flora b7, BA Dorothy, and an Art b4. But you're flexible on the Art and would do 2 Cantillon seasonals instead.
