There's a difference between I'll turn my bottle of FF or st Lam I got for $10 into 2x4packs of canned ipas and someone looking for ogv, Zenne, blabber etc for those 4 packs.

St Lam and FF got expensive this year. 16 euros a pop man :/
Zenne was a whopping 25.
Oh and I don't mind trading my FF or LPG for the IPA's I want and can't get here. I prefer IP in Brussels though and fresh. (imports tends to hogg packages for a month or more so that's not good for my ipa's ;-) )

Completely agree.

Im a little disappointed everything equates to- Your beer is currently worth $1000 or 5 Vanilla Ryes
My last purchase was only worth $147.75 or .74 Vanilla Ryes. And didn't look like the value went up more then a couple of dollars between now and 2020

Looks like I'm doing things wrong

NewI saw someone else do this and thought I will give it a try.

Looking to trade my KdF for 30 various treehouse cans but there is a small catch....

I will be traveling to Charleston, SC for a beach vacation June 17-24. I'm flying there so I would like the beer shipped there and would like it to arrive June 17-19th. Timing is key since I would like to enjoy the beer on vacation and don't not want to hassle with trying to get it back home.

I think the ratio is probably about right.

The entitlement in this post is obscene

Please please please reply to him with an equally asinine, specifically complicated need for the KdF:

"I can do this deal but I'll need the KdF shipped to Costa Rica for a wedding I'm attending. And because the bride/groom are deeply religious AND love AWAs AND I wanna surprise them, I'll need the bottle shipped in a box filled with some bottles of holy water (you can just take tap water, have your local pastor bless it, and put it in HF swingtop growlers if that's easier)."

Where to even start with this one:

1. He wants ~$120 worth of beer for a $30 beer and approximately 20 times as many ounces. I'm sure this dipshit would respond with something like "KDF is worth $350 on secondary!" in which case I'd probably ask him how much it will cost him to purchase 30 Tree House cans in a comparable manner.

2. The ridiculous shipping requirements, to say nothing of the enormous cost difference for the shipping itself.

3. "Timing is key since I would like to enjoy the beer on vacation and don't not want to hassle with trying to get it back home."

He's going to drink 30 IPA tallboys in one weekend?

I've never been to treehouse, but numbers of cans is typically very limited correct? I can't just grab 30 cans even if I got Wed-Fri can I? Really you are asking someone to wait in line (cause you have to wait if you want cans even on Wed now) multiple days also.

It varies depending on the day/what's released/etc but yeah, to get to 30 cans you'd either have to go multiple days and/or bring a bunch of mules.

Wednesdays you can get 12 cans max without a fake moustache and wig. Thursdays are usually 8 - 10, and Fridays somewhere around 10 - 12.

Dat Treehouse disguise tho...
