Last night I made EdWort's apfelwein. For some reason i thought there were 98 fl oz. per gallon, but it's actually 128, so my 5 gallon carboy is now a gallon short. and i pitched the yeast.
i was just going to leave it be, but realized that's 1 gallon of wasted apfelwein
is it ok to add another gallon to carboy tonight? just sanitize strainer and dump it in? there was already a bit of white foam on top of juice this morning.
