Since I racked my beer to the secondary (2 hours ago) the piece that moves inside the airlock is raised up to the top of the airlock. Not going up and down and not rested on the bottom. Does anyone know why this might be happening?

You disturbed the beer when you racked it over, you are off gassing oxygen and co2- in other words your airlock is doing exactly what it should be doing. Venting EXCESS co2 (and 02).....nothing to worry about...it may even start bubbling. That doesn't mean anything else is happening just off gassing.
