I have a 3 tap keezer. I have 3 different beers in the keezer and two of those beers seem to be pouring great. One of them pours mostly foam. I tried to fill a growler and got maybe 1/3 beer the rest foam. It seems every once in a while the line burps and puts out even more foam. These kegs were just introduced to the system yesterday and tapped this morning. They are at 10 psi and roughly 38f temp. I have bled the keg a few times. It seems like the line just builds with CO2 over time instead of beer in the line there are big and small bubbles. This is a brand new system 1 month old. Any ideas?

BTW the sticker on the kegs says enjoy by June 14, 2013? Not sure if that could be an issue?
 
What type of keg, and what type of beer? It sounds like your serving pressure is lower than the equilibrium pressure of the one keg. The 10 psi at 38° you have going is for beer carbed to 2.38 vol. If the beer is carbonated higher, then CO2 will want to come out of solution and form pockets of gas in the lines until the carbonation drops enough. Most commercial kegged beer is carbed to around 2.6-2.7 vol, which requires a serving pressure of 12-14 psi at 38°.

If this is the case, you can either disconnect the gas and bleed the pressure every time you think of it until the carbonation of that keg drops to 2.38 vol, or increase the serving pressure to match the carbonation level and hope your lines are long enough for the higher pressure. How long does it take for the bubbles to form in the lines?

Another possible issue is a bad seal somewhere allowing gas from the headspace to mix with the flow of beer coming out of the keg. For a corny keg this is usually a bad liquid side diptube o-ring. For a sankey keg it can be the rubber valve on top of the keg, or a seal inside the coupler.
 
Just as an update... I had the keg place replace that keg since the date was showing out of date and the new keg pours great. It does have a bit of a metallic taste to it, but I read online that it could be the cleaner that I used just not fully washed out. If anyone has any other ideas for that taste let me know, but I think I have it worked out.
