I have an older brass tower with four taps that I am looking to sell. I got this from a WWII collection although I am not certain on it's age. When I got it, it was in very poor shape. The base had been painted several times and the overall condition was pretty rough and dirty. I removed all the paint then cleaned and hand polished the tower several times to get it to it's current appearance. Everything on the tower is original to how I received it except for all new O-rings and grommets, new stainless 90 degree 1/4" elbows on the back of the shanks. and 1 faucet collar.
This tower was hand polished then coated with boiled linseed oil to preserve the finish however with use it will patina again (this is the nature of brass). You can get it lacquered to avoid this but I prefer to let it patina as it looks nice imo.
I am selling because I decided to buy an upright freezer as my kegerator, which I sort of regret but such is life. I am asking $235 for the tower this basically allows me to break even on the money that I put into purchasing and restoring it to working order. If you want some more photos just let me know. I have video of each tap pouring water (I didnt want to clean out the beer since im selling) that i can email. I will try to get a link to some uploaded videos this evening if I can figure out how.
new stainless elbows the shanks are soldered in to the tower head.
Faucets with new seals
Ill add a fully assembled photo soon I missed that somehow...
Here is one of the pouring videos I'll add the rest as they fishing uploading. Keep in mind im pouring water while trying to film... I loosely rigged the tower up and didn't fiddle with my co2 pressure so the pour is a bit aggressive.
