Hey y'all I already have 2 beers in primary and I am already thinking of what I want to do next. I really enjoyed my Oktoberfest Lager that I made but now I am minus the ability to lager since my roommate took his mini fridge. So I figure I will do a Oktoberfest Ale. If y'all could look over my recipe I would appreciate it.
