I'm looking to do something in the Oktoberfest style, except with ale yeast. I don't have temperature control other than the coolest spot in the house in my bedroom (wife doesn't mind much either!). I'm also considering kegging this one (I normally bottle everything).
Thus far, I've looked at Biermuncher's Octoberfest Ale recipe, but was wondering if anyone else had any suggestions for this late in the year.
