I've always wanted to brew an Oktoberfest, but, I don't have a lagering set up (yet!).
Whelp, I bottled my Ale version Wednesday and it tasted great.
Anyway, just super excited and waiting for bottle conditioning.
Recipe:
6 lb Munich
5 lb Pilsner
1 lb Vienna
1 lb Caramunich II
1 lb Caravienne
90 min Boil
1 oz Hallertauer (60)
1/2 oz Tettnang (30)
Irish Moss (10)
White Labs Kolsch
