I was wondering if anyone had an idea for a clone of Okanagan Spring 1516. This is a Canadian beer, and one of my favorites. The main marketing for it is that it complies with the bavarian purity laws of 1516.

I'd love to do a clone, but I'm not advanced enough with custom recipes to even guess at which grains and proportions.

Are there any hardcore brewers out there that can help me reverse engineer this beer?

Cheers! :mug:

There is some info on the brewery

Two-row, premium Canadian and Bavarian barley. Hallertau and Saaz hops. Bavarian yeast. Pure water. We source only the finest, natural ingredients that are truly worthy of a beer that bears the name “1516”.

Look at some Helles recipes, it sounds like it is in the same tradition.
