pitched WLP090 to 10gl batch in 1/2 BBL conical-added 1.5L starter, O2 for 10m @ 0.5L/min prior to pitch
temp start 77F, chilled to 67F in couple hrs thereafter, maintained range of 68-72F during next 5 days, trub so thick can't get it to drop out drain port.
Thinking I should secondary in keg, then DH.
Don't know if it will dry out more-not seeing any blowoff, but pressure still there when I lift PRV every day.
I thought once no blowoff occuring w/in 2-3mins, you should rack it. Is this true?
