Hmmm how did you arrive at those numbers for the grains and gravity points and all of that?
I assumed that the grain was all 2-row, which has a yield of 1.036 per pound per gallon.
Pilsner and wheat malt have higher yield, crystal and roasted malt have lower yield.
I use BeerSmith for my recipes.
