Ete and the 2006 Bon Chien were easily the highlights. Hawaiian Speedway was a bit of a letdown.

Hawaiian Speedway is night and day different on tap, I have found. Tastes more or less like regular out of the bottle, but on tap, if you get a chance to try it is heavenly.

Small tasting last night. Pentameter was the surprise for me, first transient beer, it had tons of apricot. Coconut ANTEAD was amazing, favorite of the set so far (haven't had cacao). Recolte du Bois was also a great surprise, they nailed the peach flavor. The other beers were also super on point.
 
How does that happen? I'd probably fall down the stairs while balls deep in a pizza. Apparently I need to learn how to drink

It was a large event with people and bottles everywhere. I selectively sampled so I wouldn't be smashed at the end of the event.
