Not reeaaalllyyy, if you really try to perhaps. From what I recall they just threw a bag with a handful of lobsters in the boil, it wasn't a really substantial amount. If anything it adds a slight minerality. It's a gose-inspired saison, brett and lacto, super crisp, light and refreshing. Only has room to improve as well.

I meant that they used the shells with the meat taken out (like oyster stouts that use the shell but not the meat). Apparently I was wrong, as someone else pointed out.
