Yup. I do a 50/50 blend whenever both are on. They really should just blend a batch of each and crowler it.

i'm surprised they havent done this yet. If ony they didn't pre-fill their crowlers and you could ask for it.

my very good buddy from another lifetime just moved to portland a few months after me. having not discussed anything beer-related with him in close to a decade, he drops this on me the first time i see him.

and a few multiples may be chilling in the fridge. plus he is living a short walk from great notion so . . .

i think there was some spillage on a crowler because my car smells exclusively of maple syrup.

I thought the same too when i got my DS in the mail... i just think that they dont wash the crowlers (other than wipe them down) when they fill them. My whole box smelled like pancakes Same happened to a friend and he had no carb loss.

yeah, just assumed there was a bit of residual, not leakage or anything. certainly not complaining the car smells like sunday breakfast.

That's awesome! Yeah, he's a super generous dude/all around good guy (minus rooting for the Jets). If we have a share with 2 bottles per, he'll bring 4-5. Haha. (Though that's probably because he has no room left in his cellar!)
