Not neatly, I don't think so, no. Graham crackers would get smushed during cutting. I did make cheesecake marshmallows that I tried to roll in cookie crumbs, and only about half the crumbs actually stuck. (Ask Lognar about the coconut on his marshmallows.) My friend did turn them into s'mores though. Exact quote: "They taste like heaven."
